SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders that contain physical products (books, magazines, CDs, etc.) are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.  Pre-orders and back-orders are filled when product(s) become available.

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.


Digital Downloads


Pattern packs and eProjects are available for download once the payment transaction is complete.  This means that your downloadable products could be available within a few minutes of placing your order or up to 2 business days after your order is placed. 

The downloadable pattern packs and eProjects are designed to print on 8.5" x 11" paper.  They are in .jpg format so they can easily be resized with popular software programs.

Please be sure to back-up your patterns. 

Tips for downloading and printing your patterns

The pattern pack downloads are self-extracting zip files.  What does this mean exactly?  It means the files are compressed for downloading.  Once you download the files, most computers will automatically unzip the contents.  You can also use WinZip or WinRar to unzip the files (or StuffIt for Mac).  Once unzipped, you will be able to see all of the pattern file names but you must extract all of the files to a directory (i.e. desktop) before printing them.  If you try to print the files directly from the unzipping utility, you will have errors.

Here are the steps:
  • Download the files to your computer
  • Open or unzip the downloaded files
  • Extract the files to a directory
  • Print the files from the directory

How Orders and Payments are Processed


Order Placed --> Payment Authorized --> Payment Captured --> Order Fulfilled

When you place your order, your payment information is authorized for the sale amount.  Authorization is NOT a charge.  It's a confirmation that funds are available for the purchase and will show on some statements to notify you that a charge is pending.  One we receive notification of the authorization, a member of our customer service team capture the sale.  This is when your payment is actually charged to your account.  We include this step to limit accidental duplicate orders and to ensure your card is only charged when your order can be fulfilled.
