Special Notes To Machine
Embroiderers Of the multitude of different Crafts, Craftsmen and Hobbyists that use our Patterns we are most frequently asked by Machine/Computer Controlled Embroidery enthusiasts if it is permissible to use our Patterns for their craft. Just as with any and all Crafts and Hobbies the answer is two-fold,
both Yes
and No apply. What Is Permissible: The key phrase here is "End Use", this
means that you are the Final and Only user of the Pattern or Design to
create something using our Pattern. You may use our Patterns to "2. Hobbyists and Craftsman may sell their Finished Items or Finished
Projects
that Combined with the concept of "End Use" is
"Finished Items or Projects", this means that you as the
craftsman can create and sell Finished Items/Wares/Products/Articles Finished Items/Wares/Products/Articles can include finished
embroidered patches, clothing, linens, ball caps, towels, table cloths,
jackets, framed and un-framed wall hangings and What Is Not Permissible: 1. Digitizing our
Pattern does NOT constitute a "Finished Product". Just to restate and to clarify, it is a Violation of
Copyright Law and is Illegal to Digitize our Patterns and sell them, distribute
them, or otherwise
make our Patterns available to others Nobody has license to sell or distribute
